• Focuses on calculating economic damages, quantifying losses sustained in personal injury and wrongful death matters, valuing the stock of closely held businesses in both adversarial and non-adversarial matters, fraudulent conveyance, and preparing cash flow projections
• Testifies regularly as an expert witness on financial and valuation matters in Colorado’s District and County Courts, and in arbitration proceedings
• Provides a full array of merger and acquisition services, including business valuation, divestiture, and acquisition services, as well as corporate finance
• Lectures frequently on the quantification of economic damages, valuation of closely-held business and professional practices, and strategic planning, as well as authors articles on these topics
