Principal
Bob Webb, a principal in the Tax Group at GHP Horwath, has more than 30 years of experience providing tax services to clients in a variety of industries, including consulting with companies and individuals on the tax ramifications of mergers and acquisitions, structuring real estate and investment acquisitions, and other complex income tax structuring and planning issues. Bob is a Certified Public Accountant registered in the state of Colorado. He has considerable tax and business advisory experience, including structuring and planning for large real estate investments and developments. He also has extensive expertise on the tax implications of conservation easements, including transfers of the Colorado conservation easement tax credit.
Bob has worked at GHP Horwath since 1990, and before that was a tax partner at Laventhol & Horwath, a predecessor firm to GHP Horwath. In addition to being the designated Real Estate and Partnership Tax specialist for Laventhol & Horwath, he also served as an instructor for the firm’s national tax planning programs. Before that, he was a senior tax manager at Deloitte & Touche, where he co-authored and taught the intermediate course in partnership taxation, and also was an instructor for the firm’s national tax training programs. Bob has a B.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Florida Atlantic University, and completed postgraduate studies in Taxation at the University of Miami and the University of Denver.
