Angie Parsons, a principal in the Assurance Services Group at GHP Horwath, has more than 10 years of audit and attestation experience. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) registered in the state of Colorado. Angie has extensive experience working with initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and SEC compliance and reporting. Angie’s industry experience includes manufacturing, biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, retail, professional and financial services, real estate, technology and telecommunications.
Angie has worked at GHP Horwath since 2003. Before that, she worked as an assistant manager for Horwath Clark Whitehill, in London, England. She has a B.S. in Accounting from Purdue University.
