Brian J. Manske, a principal in the Assurance Group at GHP Horwath, has more than 12 years of experience providing audit and attestation services to a wide range of clients of all sizes and industries including manufacturing, retail, high technology, gaming, and financial services. He also has significant experience providing due diligence for companies in potential merger and acquisition situations, and has worked extensively with engagements that operate in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China. In addition, Brian has served as a professional education instruction leader for Crowe Horwath International. He is also responsible for communicating all technical accounting and auditing updates to the firm's clients.

Brian joined GHP Horwath in 1999 as a senior associate in the Assurance Group. One of his first assignments was working on an extremely complex reverse acquisition for a public company client. This engagement helped to build a foundation for the considerable technical expertise he has now acquired, and also showed his commitment to doing what it takes to get the job done for clients. These are attributes that he carries forward today as a principal. Before joining GHP Horwath, he worked as an audit supervisor at Peterson & Associates. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Minnesota State University at Mankato.
